Picture it: Aaron Tveit in breeches and Jeremy Jordan in cleats.
Pick yourself up off the floor, girl, because it so happened.
Yesterday, the internet – beloved, bountiful mother – gave us snaps of Aaron Tveit on the set of Les Miserables looking like a clear-eyed angel of revolutionary doom, and Jeremy Jordan on the diamond in Central Park, playing softball with the Broadway Show League.
Different worlds entirely. But it’s probably safe to say that your reaction to both sets of photos was… similar.
So now we’re going to do the unthinkable: We’re going to ask you to pick which one you like better.
We know it’s a difficult choice, but at least we limited your options to two. We knew that if we threw in Steve Kazee in his Once costume, your computer or mobile device would simply melt into a puddle of plastic and gnarled circuits, so we held off. You know. For your safety.

I think the tougher race is between Tveit’s high-fashion red tailcoat with 1/4 cut out for no apparent reason (did Alexander McQueen design these costumes?) and Jeremy Jordan’s super cute plaid hoodie (I would say I want one, but I could never rock plaid).
I cannot get on-board the Tveit wig. There I said it. He looks like Giovanni Ribisi in not a good year for Giovanni Ribisi.
I vote for jeremy hands down
Super tough choice, but I went with Jeremy….he’s just delicious. Fansie for life over here.
When I responded on twitter, I was thinking of Aaron in his softball breeches.
yum. (about half way down)

Dude, I had the exact same response to L this morning when she first pitched me the idea!
I thought she was talking about Tveit in his baseball breeches and was like “THERE IS NO QUESTION!”
The competition got much tighter when I realized she meant the Les Mis costume.

Giovanni Ribisi – hmm. Yeah, I guess Aaron does resemble him a bit in these pics, but he’s still hotter. Gotta like the cut of the breeches, if you know what I’m sayin’. And in the second shot of Jeremy Jordan, he reminds me a little of Matt Damon – again, hotter, but that thought did jump out at me. That and the desire to play in the B’way League so I could have the opportunity to “accidentally” collide with him while he’s covering his base.
There is nothing better than Aaron Tveit in his baseball pants!
Aaron Tveit. Always. Duh.
